Palmetto Half Marathon

Come be a part of an exciting community event! The Palmetto Half Marathon Expo will be Friday, April 9, 2010 at Plex Indoor Sports in the Village at Sandhill in Columbia, SC. The Expo takes place in conjunction with the Palmetto Half Marathon and 5K being held on Saturday, April 10th.

Browse the exhibit booths with nearly 30 local organizations including charities, sponsor businesses, and Expo vendors. Representatives from BackyardCity.com and WACH Fox 57, our Premiere Sponsors, will also be present.

Door prizes will be given away during the Expo!

On-site registration will be available for the Palmetto Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids Fun Run during the Expo, but you are encouraged to pre-register to ensure you recieve the correct t-shirt size. This will be the only opportunity for runners to pick up their race materials before race day.

Included with paid registration, runners (and their families) will be provided with a pasta dinner to fuel for the next days’ events. The pasta dinner will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, or while supplies last.

Kids can burn off energy in the Plex’s inflatable playground for the discounted price of $3.00. Special wristbands are required and can be purchased at the Expo.
